About the Author

Mike Duncan was formerly vice president and general manager of Personnel for a $25 billion corporation. He designed, implemented, and administered company-wide employee policies and programs for management and nonmanagement employees.

He has given numerous lectures and seminars to a host of organizations and has appeared on several radio and TV talk shows. He has a Bachelors of Science degree from Morgan State University and he has completed graduate study courses in Marketing.
