this pillow may work for reading or elevating the legs, but it's impossible for sleeping, much too hard! The description says it's made of memory foam, but that only seems true of the small white extension. The body of the pillow is rock hard, and thus it does not work for someone wanting elevation to prevent acid reflux. We returned it!
