Expediant service, Excellent shape
This item came in quickly. It was in excellent shape and arrived in a matter of days. I was a little worried because my son needed the book prior to going to college. He recieved it in a timely manner. Thank you for the excellent service

Horrible
I wanted a certain book, but didn't recieve the book that I wanted but my account was still charged. Why was I charged if the book wasn't in stock? I was told that I can send the book back but I'm still missing assgnments in school.."NEVER AGAIN"!!!!
