After placing an order on Sept. 22, it still has not shipped and I cannot cancel it. I am furious, because this was for a book club and I will not be getting it in time. Why would it take 3 weeks to ship a book? I have such great service from 2nd party sellers, but this seller is very disappointing. Also, an e-mail 4 days ago is still unanswered.
