Empowering learners
Reading Power is an excellent book for helping beginning to intermediate ESL learners build their reading skills. It covers a wide range of useful skills and techniques, so it has something for everyone. And it gives a multi-pronged approach, so learners can make relatively quick progress.

a lot of the exsercizes have been done. this book isnot that new as said.
