IRIS ReadIris Pro 12.0 for Mac works
I installed this product on my desk top (10.6) and lap top today (10.4) (4/29/2010)! Both computers work well and I am still learning about all its many features! The software integrates well with my scanner, (Epson Artisan 800); and Pages and Works.

Only email tech support, product did not see a popular HP Scanner.
Installed on 2008 iMac running Leopard, latest updates installed and the latest drivers for the HP Photosmart C6280. Never saw the scanner, could not make it work. Tech support for this product is pretty much non existent, had to rely solely on email tech support which is absolutely worthless when you are onsite. Will never purchase this product again. It must be nice to...

Tech support for this product is pretty much non existent, had to rely solely on email tech support which is absolutely worthless when you are onsite. Will never purchase this product again. It must be nice to be able to sell a product that doesn't have to work and the user is stuck with it, unbelievable what the software industry gets away with. Could you imagine buying a car and finding out it doesn't start, has no wheels to move, and the salesman says sorry your stuck with it.

I have lost days writing them and trying to call to get an upgrade and they just never respond. Never!They do not list an upgrade price. Nothing. I used their email link. No response. Twice! Who needs that? My time is too valuable! Forget it.

I have a Mac OS 10.6.6 and installed ReadIris Pro 12. As others have mentioned the customer service is basically non-existant (phone messages-no pick up, email only). Thankfully I was able to download it and it worked with my Canon MX850 so I have to give it a good review. But you definitely purchase this at your own risk.

I purchased software"IRIS ReadIris Pro 11.0 (Mac)" from Japan from this I.R.I.S enterprise in last year.The answer of the mail came before the purchase. Even receiving mail can't be received after the purchase. It is the enterprise which isn't responsible after the sales. What kind of character is this I.R.I.S enterprise ? |
