This book wins by combining powerful quotes with a format that's easy to digest. In a plane ride I was so invigorated by "Ready, Aim, Inspire!" that I bought it for my leadership team. Actually, the four martinis in First Class might have helped. But what's the difference?

The quotes Walker has selected can be used in a variety of ways; they can be used for personal motivation or to help lead a group to success. I wish I had found this book a year ago. There are a number of quotes I would have liked to use to introduce chapters in the book that I wrote for developing leaders.
