I am a recent college graduate attempting to work in the fashion industry, and this book is my bible! It answers so many questions about working in fashion PR and gave me an amazing amount of steps on how to break into the industry! I'm definitely following this guide to get further into my career. I'm POSITIVE that this book will help me reach my goals! I read it once, and I plan to read it again. I've read TONS of books about the fashion industry and Ready to Launch is the perfect companion to all my PR textbooks. There's really nothing else out there like it - it's a great resource to have on hand. I love it!

Some of my friends that are majoring in fashion are graduating soon and I plan to buy this book as graduation gifts! If anyone is looking to get into fashion PR...this is the book to read!

Before reading Ready to Launch I knew that I wanted to have a career in Fashion PR, but had no idea how to go about it. This book went above and beyond and answered questions I never even knew I had. I am about to be a sophomore in college and after reading this book I now feel like I finally have the information needed to really start my career in Fashion PR. I would recommend this book to anyone who has even thought about a career in Fashion PR; it will provide you with the basics of PR as well as intricate details about networking, preparing for interviews, etc.

As a current college student looking to break into the work of Fashion PR, this book provides information to all the questions I ever wanted to ask! Crosby provides recent success stories as well as innovative tips on breaking into this field as a career. I will be buying all her books that follow in the future.
