This book is seriously outdated and overpriced,

I was forced to buy this book for my professional practice class in a university landscape architecture program about six years ago. At the time I thought I was buying a textbook which would be part of my permanent library. While taking the course I was shocked at how outdated the material was (like having copies of ancient mimeographed forms with "sample only" stamped across them). While there was some decent industry content included, I tossed this book aside and never opened it again. When studying for the licensure exams I turned to "Law and Practice for Architects" by Greenstreet, et al for really well written professional practice information. The only good thing I can say about this book was that it has held its value for resale. If you are in school, spend your money on a copy of "Time Saver Standards for Landscape Architects" instead... now that is a book that is a must have for anyone in this industry.
