Seller Horible,

This product would have been very helpful had I ever received it. Albris (the seller)claimed that the item shipped a few days after I placed the order. However after 15 days I had not received the product. I contacted them and they claimed they could not do anything until 30 days out. After 30 days and not having received the item, rather than attempting to send me a replacement they just gave me a credit for the charges. While I'm happy with the time line in which I received the credit after the 30 waiting period, I am not happy at all that I don't have the item. I would purchase this product again, but NEVER FROM ALBRIS.
