I liked this book because you learn by doing. The author shows you step by step how to build a relational database. You learn how to build & relate tables, create useful forms and sub-forms, design reports and implement macros. The basic skills I learnt building the half dozen or so databases from scratch to finish have been useful to me for a long time. The diskette alone is worth the price of the book. It has fully developed databases you can use and modify.
