Real Angels: Guiding Spirits, Benevolent Beings, and Heavenly Hosts

After giving "Angel Miracles" five stars, I wish I could give this entry six. Aside from the excellent collection of relayed stories for which Brad and Sherry Steiger are well known, this book goes above and beyond.

Within the fist several pages, Brad and Sherry take us through the basis of belief in heavenly beings, guiding us through the basic beliefs of Judo-Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism and Islam, laying the foundations for what people believe and see. We are also guided through Native American beliefs and New-Age, giving a platform for totems and spirit guides. Shortly afterwards, classifications of spirits are provided.

Also included in the beginning...and I am thankful for this, is provided a meditation exercise with which one may be able to meet their guardian angel/spirit guide. People have been asking me about this for years. I have always had to refer them to Brad's earlier book, "Totems" for a few simple exercises. I have to tell people that for the most part, "They come to you on their own terms; you don't want to go through what I had to to meet mine!"
For those of you seeking your guardian angel or spirit guide, out of experience, I will give you two warnings: 1) Be careful what you wish for, as you are likely to get it. Though I've had incredible experiences with my own spirit guide, once certain doors are opened, you neither are able to close them, nor know what to expect on the other side. Once my door was open, I've gone through cycles of many unexplainable phenomena, and in the ensuing 17 years, I've also seen things so chilling, I am no longer able to enjoy horror movies, as nothing has come close to replicating some of the horrible things I've experienced for real. 2) Always test so-called benevolent spirits. Often, demons disguise themselves as light spirits. Always test their true intentions before allowing full influence.

Therein, begin some truly inspiring stories:

*A World War II soldier, trapped in the North African desert has an angel refill his canteen until he is able to find an allied encampment. Upon confessing his experience to a priest, the water in his canteen is tested, and found to be absolutely pure, containing none of the minerals or contaminants native to the region.

*A drunken, abusive father is interrupted from his nightly ritual of assaulting his family by the appearance of a white ball of light, that tells him to diciest and repent. The apparition is witnessed by the entire family,

*People in all manor of life-threatening situations receive help from good Samaritans that appear out of nowhere and just as mysteriously vanish after help is given.

*Several people in desperate situations receive money that seemingly materializes out of thin air.

*Accident victims miraculously survive horrible, seemingly fatal accidents with little more than a scratch.

*Knowledge is passed on by totems; spirits in the form of animals able to communicate with people.

This and so much more in a book that becomes very difficult to put down.

One of the greatest features is that unlike so many other books, that pander solely to a singular religious sect, this book is for everyone. It matters not what religious denomination you prefer to subscribe; if you suspect that there are beings from heaven or other dimensions that interact with us in a beneficial manor, this book is a must read. The phrase, "We are not alone" is not in the sole propriety of little grey men in other-worldly craft, and that which seeps into our reality is not always harmful. It's probably meant that we never fully understand why lies beyond current understanding, but to millions of people, it is as real as anything in this world, and through this collection, you will share such experiences.

I have been an avid fan of Brad and Sherry Steiger for years and have followed his legendary career throughout his many masterpieces. With every single book he writes, Brad uncovers newer and unknown areas of the supernatural and the spirit realm that we naive unenlightened folks just aren't aware of. This book couldn't have come at a better time. With all the horrible things going on in the world today, we need a book like this that talks about Real stories of Real Angelic encounters that will inspire you to believe if you don't already. Sherry's spiritual background not only adds, but even creates a heavenly aura. Sherry has this way about her words and insight. When you read any book by these two, you can't help but feel relieved, even wiser.

I was especially intrigued by Brad's rather sound theories about Angelic origins. I don't want to spoil anything but I will say that you will think twice before you look into the mirror and even thrice whenever you hear stories about visiting "Aliens". After all...who's to say these same Aliens are from another PLANET...? Maybe they are divine in origin instead? Brad touches on this and more in this beautiful, amazing book. I pray he makes a sequel. Whether you believe in Angels or if you are having doubts about your own faith, YOU MUST READ THIS BOOK.

With all the things on the market about angels, how are we to know which author really knows what he or she is talking about? In this case, it is easy! You just go with writers who have an excellent track record of top-notch writing and meticulous research! REAL ANGELS is no exception! This has all the information and answers to all the questions you have ever had about angels! Buy it today! On second thought, buy several copies for Christmas and birthday presents!

did not care for this book at all, too much talk about ufo's and the like. had a very hard time finshing this book.
