Son-in-Law loves the book.
My son-in-law says one of the best books he read on Barbecue.Thats says it all.

Fell short of expectations
The author toured the country checking out many of the famous and not so famous barbecue joints. While promising secret recipes, there was nothing to get too excited about. Much of the material was very dated and many of the places featured are no longer in business. There are several books with more relevant information, better stories, and far better recipes. I...
