Marketing is just not my thing! I like to sell. I'm good at that. I picked up this book at the beginning of the summer and figured I'd give it a try. You know, it wasn't long before my peers started asking me who my new assistant was. Hey, they know I'm not too creative. My ad call response has increased which has most definitely increased my business. And, best of all, I'm taking less time marketing. The book really helps. I just flip the pages until I come up with a complete ad. Hats off to the authors for coming up with a brilliant solution to my inability to learn to be creative!

From banking to selling, administration to marketing, you really have to know it all! Real Estate Advertising Made Easy was recommended by a colleague about six months ago. It now is an integral part of my business. I've used it to jump start my marketing. It works! Get it and save time!

This book helped 'punch' up my advertising. I particularily like the tips in the back of the book. As a new agent, I want to stay competitive, so, can see this book as an ongoing resource in my collection.

This books give excellent recommendations which adhere to legal guidelines setforth by most states. Adding the right words to print advertising is very important to catch the eye of potential buyers.

This is the only item I have ever oredered and pay for from Amazon that I did not recieve.
