The Residential Specialist: "This field guideí has a lot going for it (for you, actually). Not only is it truly informative and up-to-date, but it also provides all of this in clear, readable prose that is entirely free of author intrusionÖ.Three cheers for Bridget McCrea."
Robert J. Bruss, syndicated columnist: "A must read for every realty sales agent who is serious about the business and who takes a long-term view toward thriving and avoiding costly realty sales pitfalls. Provides an excellent overview of the current status of the real estate sales industry. The author is positive and upbeat, but also very realistic about the pitfalls realty agents encounter and how to best avoid them. This is a very important book for serious realty agents and brokerage owners who expect to survive and thrive. On my scale of one to 10, this outstanding new book rates a solid 10."

If you don't know much about real estate as an industry this is a good book. It has trends, histories and general advice. There are better books, but if you're looking for a 'real-estate 101' education this is a good deal.
