Editorial Reviews

Review

"If you are a serious real estate buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, property manager, or realty agent involved in negotiations, you will be at a severe disadvantage if you don’t study Real Estate Dealmaking....This is one of the few real estate books which cannot be recommended too highly. On my scale of one to 10, this superb book rates an off-the-chart 12."—Robert J. Bruss, Inman News

5.0 out of 5 stars The best book on R.E. negotiating and dealmaking in general, March 17, 2008
This review is from: Real Estate Dealmaking: A Property Investor's Guide to Negotiating (Paperback)
I have a room full of books on R.E. investing. I have read most of them. This is one of the best. It is very readable and it is also enjoyable to read. The concepts of negotiation are well laid out. I have recommended it to dozens of folks, and I will continue to encourage anyone who is interested in R.E. or the ins and outs of getting what you want, in an ethical way, to buy it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Not just info.... Useful info!, December 6, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Real Estate Dealmaking: A Property Investor's Guide to Negotiating (Paperback)
I first borrowed this book, as I have dozens of others relative to real estate, from my local library. I love books; I just don't feel that most of them are worth the purchase price. "Real Estate Dealmaking" definitely is! In order for a book to be useful to me, it must be easy to understand, and most importantly, it must make sense! I believe I will be referring back to this book for years to come. Check it out at your library. Then buy it and make your own notations in it. The publishing date is irrelevant. The information it contains is timeless. This book is awesome!
