A Must Have for the Novice Investor!!,

This book contains tons of information made clear for anyone from the first time Real Estate investor to the the most savy. Obviously the author knows his stuff. My husband and I were looking to find a small property to buy as a second home in the mountains and this was the how to book for us. And he works for Weichert Realtors too!
