The vast majority of real estate investing texts on the market present a ton of theory, but little practical, applicable instructions. This book is not about theory -- you can get that from any other real estate investing book out there. This book is a how-to manual. It's over 200 pages of checklists for running a full-time real estate investing business. James outlines what to do and when, with simple, easy to understand step-by-step instructions of how to get it done. It's literally a highly structured blueprint for making a lot of money in real estate. It pretty much makes the how-to a no-brainer. Not something you're going to read cover to cover probably, but something that will get dog eared pretty quickly as you implement the steps inside.

This makes marketing a "no brainer", even for me. I've used the steps in this book for postcards and flyers and now have motivated sellers calling me. It covers deal structuring. It also addresses the subject of how your goals are important. It even has areas where you can sign up for free consulting and free downloads.

In short, it covers every aspect of real estate buying and selling for investors. The contents are laid out logically and are user friendly. A must for any investor!
