Dissappointing,

The first DVD is a taped lecture Dolf gives to people in New Zealand. The only thing to be learned from the first disc is that investing in real estate can make you money and it is possible for everyone to do it. Nothing you couldn't have learned from the internet or reading a book for much cheaper. The other 5 discs are basically Q&A sessions where fans of his website send him questions and he answers them from different locations around the world. There is never any specific advice given on these locations and probably 90% of the questions will never apply to your personal situation. I was extremely disappointed with this product and would not recommend it. If you want to learn more about investing in real estate, try the book "Investing in Real Estate" by Andrew McLean and Gary W. Eldred.
