This review is from: Real Estate Law (South-Western Legal Studies in Business Academic) (Hardcover)
This book is great! It is very informative and has real case samples. However, I am a paralegal student and the book is a bit advanced and involved for my purposes. Also it is very expensive - as most college texts are.

This is the textbook I use for my online class, "Principles of Real Estate Law," REA 281 at Mesa Community College. It covers all aspects of real estate law and I recommend it for classroom use. The author is an ASU professor, which I appreciate. MCC where I teach is within a few miles of Arizona State University and many of our students transfer to ASU.
