This book could have been a "been there, done that," but I found it refreshing and current with lots of unique ideas (the working open houses one is great!). Will definitely recommend to others!

I have had a real estate license since 1984, but it has been in retirement and I thought it might be time to use it for some second income. Marketing real estate these days is tough and this was a great guide to make the job easier. I may have picked the wrong time to get back into real estate, but this book has made my second career more successful!
