Real Estate Marketing Made Easy is a great guide for anyone new to real estate. Getting established in an already competitive market is not easy. This book will guide you through, step by step, showing you how to successfully market yourself to be a cut above the rest.

This book could have been a "been there, done that," but I found it refreshing and current with lots of unique ideas (the working open houses one is great!). Will definitely recommend to others!

I have had a real estate license since 1984, but it has been in retirement and I thought it might be time to use it for some second income. Marketing real estate these days is tough and this was a great guide to make the job easier.
