This is an excellent companion volume to The Real Estate Money Machine. I had quite a bit of real estate education but still found some information that I didn't know before.

Also recommend Russ Whitneys new book; "Millionaire Mentoring" which is more current than this volume.

Also looking forward to updated versions of The Real Estate Money Machine and Real Estate For Real People 2003 style!

Great book Mr. Cook.

This book is a new and revised version of the Wade Cook classic
"Real Wealth" which came out in 1985.

Those of us who actually bought the original, know the difference thank you!

Real Estate for Real People was written and revised in the late 1990's and updated for the times.

Wade cut his teeth in the real estate business. Strategies still work. I recommend that you read Real Estate Money Machine first though or along with this book.

Real Estate for Real People offers more advanced real estate strategies.

Also suggest Brilliant Deductions by Wade. The 1 Minute Millionaire by Robert Allen and Tax Loopholes by the Rich Dad Poor Dad advisors group.

And please keep in mind that real estate is always a great investment as long as you are armed with knowledge.

This book picks up where Real Estate Money Machine leaves off and other real estate books never touch.Much of the material here is similiar to the 2-Nups program that Wade used to sell... The book is all about how to properly run your real estate business after you find the properties and start your money machine cranking.I also recommend Brilliant Deductions, How To Pick Up Foreclosures and Flpping Properties and of course the classic Real Estate Money Machine.

Wade Cook has updated his 80's classic "Real Wealth" and goes beyond Real Estate Money Machine with Real Estate for Real People.Chock full of information that you will not find anyhere else. And a must read for all serious real estate investors who want to succeed.

First of all, I recommend that you read Real Estate Money Machine with or before this one. It will make a lot more sense to you.

In Real Estate For Real People, Wade Cook goes a lot deeper into his money machine concepts; talks about how to run real estate like a business, negotiating tips and much more.

This is the same information that Wade used to teach at his "Tune Ups" seminars in the late 1980's for hundreds of dollars. By the way, most of us had no problem with paying hundreds of dollars for this information...you won't find it anywhere else.

This information took me from the rat race feeling like a rat to a full time Real Estate Investor inside of 90 days. It works.

This book picks up where Real Estate Money Machine leaves off and where other real estate books don't even touch. This is the ideal book for real estate investors who are serious about making a business out of real estate investing.

The book is 300 pages and 19 chapters of powerpacked information. You won't find this information anywhere else.

And the advice is timeless. If you are serious about real estate investing you must read this book.

I was also impressed by the number of highly credible real estate professionals who openly endorsed this great book by Wade. People like Jane Fowler, Carol Wilson, Ken Otterman, Robert Allen, Mark Haroldsen and John V. Childers.

ONE WORD OF CAUTION: Do not call the toll free number listed in the back of the book. I bought this book recently and it is an old number which now hooks up to one of Wade's competitors who seem ot be clueless, ruthless and high pressure sales people that sound like used car salesmen. Beware of imitators and competitors. Wade is the original and the best.

In real estate money machine, Wade Cook discloses his system for cash flowing the real estate business. In this book, WADE COOK goes even deeper into the business of running your real estate business.

Must reading and a great read for all serious real estate investors or those who want to be.

I looked through it and looked through the reviews on on amazon. Don't waste your time with this book. Cook claims you can earn 300 percent annual returns. Think about that for second... Start with $10k in 15 years, you'll over take Bill Gates. Just look up Wade Cook on fool.com if you want to learn the truth.
And about the other reviews on this website... it's painfully obvious that most of them are fake.

This book is all about cash flow. How to create it and sustain it. I can't believe the people who still feel that there is no money to be made in Real Estate or subscribe to the buy real estate and wait and wait and wait theory.Wade simplifies the real estate process and writes in a easy, fun style. I particularly liked the chapters on the money machine concept, taxes, and leveraging people and negotiating.I also recommend Real Estate Money Machine and Brilliant Deductions.The chapter on income splitting is invaluable and not mentioned in other real estate books.

If you want to learn something, you go to someone who is successful right? When it comes to real estate, Wade knows what he is talking about. Just look at all the people who have imitated him.Read ths book after Real Estate Money Machine. It works.
