Informative and Humorous
As a real estate agent and investor, I thought I had heard, seen and read it all! Bob shares some of the horror stories you only hear of in an easy to read and follow format. Once I started reading this book, I couldn't put it down! I will recomend this as a must read for all of my clients! Great job Bob!

A very good and enjoyable book about some real estate deals that went down as funny ones, great deals, lucky deals, devilish deals. You will learn a few things about the real estate market if you are brand new to the market and enjoy hearing about other's mistakes if you are a pro!
