Excellent resource for raw land transactions,

Excellent resource for learning the in's and out's of the tax lien
investing game. Very well researched by the author who traveled
around the country, visiting county courthouses! The only limitation
is the it is focused exclusively on land - the author does not
explore the technique with respect to developed property i.e.
houses or income property.

Excellent Teaching and Research Book,

This book has taught me so much about the basics of investing in tax deeds. You still have to do all of the work yourself but this book gives you the background that you need to get started in this interesting area of real estate investing
