5.0 out of 5 stars Trina, You Are Brilliant October 20, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition
Trina, you are brilliant! You have taken the Nourishing Tradition principles I found daunting and made them simple. As a mother of a large family I have been struggling to get into the new organizational routine of soaking and fermenting, since becoming convicted of needing to do that for my family. Your suggestions and recipes are so simply explained that it helped me swim through the brain-fog I was struggling with to incorporate these nutritional principles for my family. You are a master organizer whom young and older women can learn much. I will be having my two teenage daughters read this as a part of their home economics course. Thank you for a work well-done and we are looking forward to your next book.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Book! October 11, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition
This is a great book, especially for those new on their "real food" journey. It contains lots of tips and time saving tricks to help make the real food transition. My only complaint is that many of the recipes -- while they look yummy and family friendly -- contain lots of tomatoes, potatoes and peppers ...and my husband is allergic to these and other nightshade family plants. Nevertheless, this book would be great for most families!

5.0 out of 5 stars Fabulous! October 10, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition
This is one of the best e-cookbooks I've ever purchased. The directions and recipes are great and very easy to follow. It's a great cookbook for any person who is new to a Whole Foods type of diet.
I love the ranch dressing recipe!
