Michael S. Greve is cofounder and executive director of the Center for Individual Rights, a public interest law firm in Washington, D.C. He is the author of The Demise of Environmentalism in American Law (AEI Press, 1996) and coeditor with Fred L. Smith of Environmental Politics: Public Costs, Private Rewards (Praeger, 1992).

Debater's Dream,
This review is from: Real Federalism: Why It Matters, How It Could Happen (Mass Market Paperback)
I am a high school debater assigned with the task of explaining the complexities of federalism in the United States. I found this book offered unique insite to reafirm the place of state actions instead of Federal actions. Greve does a wonderful job of both explaining his thesis and making it interesting and relevant. To any debater, I would tell you that this book is key to any Federalism or States CP arguement. Enjoy the book.
