We love having this but had trouble getting it to always work. Found another review that said you must use a coleman propane tank. Purchased a coleman one and all of our problems went away. It would be nice if it said something so you would know.

This table top fire bowl is just the right size for small areas, and the 1 pound propane bottles are easy to handle and are available in most stores. This Firebowl/Pit works with Coleman brand propane bottles only. This was verified this by calling Jensen Metal Products/Real Flame Helios importers. The heat output is minimal but the effect of the fire and glass gives a warming ambiance and cool effect. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and would recommend it.
