I borrowed this book from the library, and found it to be a very common-sense approach to changing one's lifestyle to organic based, mostly vegetarian. This approach not only helps people with health issues, but will help to clean up the planet as well. If we could all resist the fast food/processed food diet propaganda, our children will have a much healthier future. This is the best book I have read on lifestyle/health changes. I highly recommend it.
