I have tried every diet under the sun but this plan has been the most successful by far. The key philosophy behind Real food Real Fat loss just seems to be more realistic as I didn't feel like I was dieting. This plan is all about making the best choices - it even tells you exactly what to eat when you are dining out at certain restaurants so you can have a social life and lose weight at the same time. It has worked for me as I have kept the weight off and kept my sanity in the process!

There is an almost overwhelming choice of books on the subject of fat loss, but Real Food for Real Fat Loss was recommended to me by a friend and I have not been disappointed.

The recipes are delicious and very easy and I like that most of the ingredients are readily available. Looking at the different ingredients used in the recipes I was happily satisfied with Trudy's choice of each one of them because they are loaded with good nutrients.

All the meals can be enjoyed by all the family and are not in any way limited in taste. Trudy takes the guesswork out of meal planning by providing shopping lists and recipe suggestions for a full two weeks. She makes it even easier by including preferred brands.

This book will help anyone provide quick, tasty, healthy meals - for one person or a family - instead of resorting to highly processed food. Thank you Trudy!

Finally, a book that just makes sense. No magic potions or formulas, just real stuff. I always got bamboozled by even the thought of losing weight after having kids, but have really found a very useful tool with this book. I feel positive & empowered & ON MY WAY!

I am a mom of two children under 5. I wanted to lose weight and not feel deprived. But this book went beyond that. Not only did I feel satisfied but I could make fast, easy meals that the whole family could enjoy! I have also lost the weight that I put on with the second pregnancy. Thanks Trudy!

I found the "how to read food labels" particularly interesting as I didn't realize how sneaky food manufacturers are. It's amazing what you can actually decipher from a label once you know how to interpret it properly. There are many tasty and fast recipes included and she even provides shopping lists which really sped up my supermarket shopping time as I became faster every time I went to the supermarket and didn't stare blankly at the shelves trying to decide what to buy.

This is just another book based on what is really common sense. Eat healthy, drink plenty of non-caloric fluids (i.e. water) and exercise (move). There are no revelations in this book but it is a pleasant read has some good recipes.

Real Food for Fat loss spells it out in easy language. Food is delicous and easy to make and the logic is good sound advice. I have always quoted the 80% food 20% exercise for weight loss and it is so true. By eating and following Trudy's plan, you will find that trim toned and terrific body you are after. Go Trudes!
