4.0 out of 5 stars Real Food? Real Good Food! November 22, 2011
What is "real food"? Just that--food that is as nature intended, whole and unprocessed. This is a magazine with a world view--that by eating well we can BE well. Even if you're not ready to embrace the whole lifestyle of making everything from scratch, there is a lot of good information and inspiration to be found in this magazine. I appreciate the links to printable recipes and the table of contents that allows you to navigate the magazine with ease. It's quite readable on the Kindle, but would probably be even better on the Fire, with color for the illustrations.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great E-zine February 27, 2012
I stumbled across this in the Kindle Store on my Kindle. I decided to buy it thinking I could always cancel the subscription if I didn't like it. I promptly read the magazine cover to cover in one sitting. This is a great magazine and I can't wait until March 1st to get the next issue. If you are interested in learning more about how to grow, prepare, eat real food this is the magazine for you. I highly recommend Real Food and Health. 2 HUGE thumbs up!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful magazine for the real food enthusiast! January 27, 2013
Whether you are a novice cook and real food newbie trying to follow your doctor's advice by getting away from overly processed foods or a real food foodie who is looking for new recipes and lifestyle advice, this magazine delivers! The articles are crisp and well written and the recipes are varied and delicious. I love that they provide grain-free reduced gluten versions of many of their recipes.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not for me June 22, 2012

I was interested to try this magazine after reading the description. It just ended up being a quick read with recipes that weren't right for me. I think it would be good for a serious natural eating foodie, but I am more of a beginner.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not for me. September 30, 2012
By Mama K
I am interested in healthy eating and lifestyle, so I sampled this magazine. The articles were short and not very detailed. It contained articles on at-home childbirth and tinctures, along with a few food recipes. The recipes were the only thing that may have interested me, but they were not the types of food I prefer to cook. I consider myself to be a "crunchy" foodie, but there were not enough decent recipes for me to pay for this.

Great magazine. Well written. Great recipes. I'm new to Paleo lifestyle and really appreciate the clean eating info. The price is right too. First magazine I downloaded and couldn't be more pleased. Keep up the good work.
