When it comes to the ministry of Israel, there are no words to describe how mightily he allows the Lord to use him. This CD is no exception. His vocals which are always amazing, the message which is always clear and creatively conveyed and the instrumentalists & musical arrangements which are always masterful & outstanding, put this CD in a class all its own. His style and skillfulness celebrate the uniqueness that God gives to an individual. Collaborating with his bride, Meleasa, to compose some of the songs on this CD only proves to be a marriage made in heaven! Also, having the crew from Andraé Crouch's backing vocalists puts the icing on the cake (and the others are equally as wonderful). You will undoubtedly know "All That Matters" is seeking Jesus and hearing Him speak to you. Every song is a blessing. If you liked the CD "New Season" (and I haven't heard of anyone who didn't), you will love "Real." I guess I said all of this to say that I'm speechless!

The purpose of praise and worship is accomplished through the music which exemplifies the magnificence of the Lord and brings to Him a gift that He is so deserving of. This CD is just in time--It will cover everyone on my Christmas list--one size fits all & satisfaction guaranteed! I am REAL happy and REAL-LY encouraged! Thank you, Patrice, for pre-ordering this CD for my birthday (sorry you didn't get yours first!).

I had the opportunity to see them minister at my home church in October. They were phenomenal. I've had this cd for some time now but didn't pay a lot of attention to it. After seeing what they do live I gave it another listen. What a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I absolutely loved the New Season cd, but this takes it to the next level without apology. There's something here for everyone's taste in gospel music. The second movement of this cd takes me to a place over and over that I don't want to leave. My personal favorites are Nothing Else Matters, Real, Taste and See, Weight of Your Glory...I could go on. This cd is a must have for your enhanced worship experience. I can hardly wait to see them again. If you get the chance...you will walk away with a clearer understanding of and the necessity for worship being an integral part of your relationship with God DAILY.

WOW.......That's what I thought when I first heard this CD. I had only heard of Israel & New Breed fleetingly (my sister would go on & on about them and I didn't know what the big deal was), but that was before I liked to worship. If you love to worship The Lord, get their first CD. If you wanna hear a CD with an Andrae Crouch/Earth Wind & Fire mix, with worship thrown in, get this CD. The album had the help of mastermind Tommy Sims (click on my name to see my take on his debut album), he was the guy behind CeCe Winans Everlasting Love CD. He actually wrote the song "Everlasting Love". Anyway, he was responsible for the Andrae Crouch/Earth Wind & Fire vocal arrangement, and wrote some songs on this album. The guy's phenomenal.

Every song on this album is great. When you hear the first song "Better", then you'll know what I'm talking about when I say the CD has a Andrae Crouch/Earth Wind & Fire feel. "Bout It, Bout It" is one of the funkiest gospel songs I've heard in a while. My favourite ,"Go Back", is a slow ballad speaking about coming back to the Lord as our true first love. Excellent! "Dont Want To Leave/I Still Love You" is a medley and I just love the way one song slides into another so effortlessly.

I could go right down the list and say good about every song, because the album is THAT GOOD! Your collection is not complete without this album.

This is my first experience with Israel and New Breed, so I cannot compare "Real" with their first CD as some of the other reviewers have. But this collection of music stands on its own merits, just the same.

I can tell you that every song included here is EXCELLENT, with a wide variety of music being represented by each one. This music sounds very inspired by Fred Hammond's Pages Of Life (while not being a carbon copy at all), but fresher. In fact, it's somewhat of a mix of Fred and Smokie Norful...not a bad thing at all!

I am very impressed with "Real;" it leads your heart and mind to the Lord with a true diversity of sound.

Now I'm gonna go out and get their first CD, too!

While this CD doesn't quite measure up to New Season, it's still very good. The first several songs have a R&B flavor but the message is still clear to those who have an ear to hear. After you get past the Real track, Israel and New Breed once again usher us into the Holy of Holies with Nothing Else Matters, Go Back, The Weight of Your Glory, Magnificant & Holy and Don't Want to Leave. I thank God for this music ministry and I'll continue to pray for and support these anointed muscians!

I would just like to say that I think this CD is a really Good Worship CD. If you wont to feel God presence then this is the CD for you.

This really annointed minister uses the sounds of Earth wind and fire, Maxwell, and hiphop to spread God's Message to a New Breed of praiser! A must buy!!!

This man is indeed the King of all the praise and worship leaders/ Humility and service are heard in every song I have ever heard him do. His voice is strong and undeniably full of the power of God. This is a must for those seeking a deeper more meaningful eb=ncounter with God.

This album holds a very special place for me. I love how it is praise and worship cd but it has a very urban r&b flava to it. The cd is definately very inspiring - to make you feel good and get you in he presence of God. Would definately recommend this cd to both young and old!

My favourite track on the albun would have to be "Taste and See." Wow- what a track!
