Collector's Item!, August 20, 2009

Simply put this is Bon Jovi at their smoothest-a nice easy going song written for a movie that you may or may not have seen (ed-tv). More to the point though this particular version of Real Life (and there are several) is a collector's item simply for the cover. Those who look closely will discover that the fourth gent in the back is not Dave but in fact Hugh, BJ's invisible bass player for the last 14 years. This was at the time Dave tried to sever his finger so he didn't feature at any way to the recording of Real Life. Despite being always credited with the band on album liner notes you won't find Hugh featured on any other cover anywhere so this is extremely rare.
