Cindy won the 1992 Dove Award for New Artist of the Year with this album, but her win was due far more to her voice than the quality of the songs. In fact most of the really good songs are on the second half of the album. Standouts are "Let It Be Love", which rocketed to #1 on the CCM charts; "Love Will Break Your Fall", one of her most powerful ballads, IMHO; and the tender album-closer "How Could I Ask For More", which Cindy wrote.

This is Cindy Morgan's first album and it was enough to get listener's attention, but it pales in comparison to her later albums. There is too much production in this album, and she isn't able to be herself. She is a remarkable lyricist and she wrote some of the lyrics here, but she really shines on her latest two albums "Listen" and "The Loving Kind." I'd check those out first.

Cindy is a great singer, even though this was her first cd she showed tremendous talent. I think this cd is great, and I also think her latest cd is good. She is a great song writer. I can't wait for the next cd!

Loving the early 90's Christian pop sound to Cindy's debut album I wish she'd go back to sounding like this....but all in all she has a blessed voice and this album tells us so!
