From the Author
I wrote this book with you in mind. I'm a busy mom with 1001 things to do in a day and I know how sometimes we can get so overwhelmed that we forget to take care of ourselves. After a serious car accident in 2007, I took a long, hard look at the direction my life was taking and decided to press "do over" and go back to school to study Holistic Nutrition. As a Certified Health Counselor, I worked with so many moms who had the same issues: lack of energy, food didn't satisfy them, constant cravings, always longing for more from food and most of all, wanting to lose weight and feel fabulous. Well, their prayers have been answered, because I've compiled ALL of my best tips, ideas, solutions and funny stories into one little book for you to "devour" or "savor" to your heart's content. With easy-to-follow, do-able weekly assignments, you'll be asking the sales clerk, "Can you get me a smaller size?" in no time. Welcome to the lusciously, delicious world of Real Moms Love to Eat. Yours in health, Beth Aldrich
