More About the Author
Everett Wilson has been a minister of the Evangelical Covenant Church since graduation from North Park Theological Seminary in 1962. After forty-six years as a pastor of five Covenant churches, he and Donna retired to their home state of Nebraska, where he is busy with his writing projects, occasional supply preaching, and seeing extended family much more often than they could when in full-time ministry. Besides managing a busy household, Donna is an active church musician, Among her varied gifts she is also a writer and insightful proofreader. They have been married since 1959.
Everett's avocation has always been writing for publication, He sold his first short story when he was a senior in theological seminary, and for the next thirty-five years his contributions appeared not only in Covenant periodicals but also in Christianity Today, Leadership, The Church Musician, The Journal of Christian Nursing, and others. In 2000 he moved to the Internet as a columnist and contributor to The Partial Observer, a wide-ranging journal of opinion now in its second decade. His novel Real Things was the first Partial Observer Book to appear in print, and is available from Amazon in that format as well as a Kindle edition.
