About the Author

Heather Buchanan, M.A., is an award-winning writer, editor, and publisher. She is on the faculty of Lansing Community College, The College for Creative Studies, Wayne State University and The University of Michigan-Dearborn. A two-time national fellow, Heather is a member of the Textbook & Academic Authors Association (TAA). Heather teaches writing workshops across the country. Cathryn Williams is a retired certified teacher and was actively involved in the operations of the Young Authors Program in Michigan. She conducts college writing workshops.
