I am really pleased with these glasses, my friend bought a pair and I really liked them so we both have them now! I have been looking for the right ones for ages and up until now could only find total plastic junk, these aviators are really solid, full metal frames and the lenses are actually made of real glass which is rare nowadays, the mirroring is really effective as well and they are not too dark but perfect for a bright sunny day. I like the black case and cloth as well, very nice set and exceptional quality. Top Gun!

I have had these for about a month. I can already see places where the finish is gone. Im careful to store them in case and only clean with cloth. Not worth $30.

I have had quite a sunglasses collection over the years, particularly in the 70's and 80's I had quite a few pairs of Aviators made by Ray Ban and also Porsche design, the higher end ones were always in a different league in terms of the finish and manufacturing quality to the cheaper sunglasses you can buy in the mall. I was definitely spoiled by having some great designs in the past with excellent build quality and I would say that one of my main problems these days when trying to find a decent pair of Aviators is that real glass lenses are extremely difficult to find. If you walk into any Sunglass Hut and only ask to see shades that have real glass lenses it immediately narrows the choice down to virtually nothing, most sunglasses today have plastic lenses which logic dictates must be inferior and more fragile than glass lenses. I have had several pairs of Oakley, every one with plastic lenses and each one had to have their lenses replaced due to scratching one by one. The optics may be similar but there is definitely a huge difference in terms of durability and overall quality if you are using a pair of shades with actual glass lenses. OK, so this brought me to these Aviators, I started looking around for a 70s style silver mirror pair and literally every one I found had plastic lenses, they all seem to be cheap novelty products worth about $5. The closest thing was Ray Ban but they don't make a silver mirror model. So I tried these ones and I am very impressed! Glass lenses for the first time on a silver Aviator! the difference immediately stands out, the lenses are nice quality, UV400 protection and nice solid chrome frames so I would recommend these highly, a great pair of shades with all the right specification, genuine RealGLASS branded glass lenses and at a very reasonable price. I am planning on buying a couple more pairs because I figure I can get 3 pairs of the right spec with decent build quality and a warranty for the same price as one pair of Ray Bans with the wrong color lens. Summary: Nice pair of glasses, arrived quickly and I got what I wanted - silver chrome frames and silver mirror glass lenses!

These aviators are exactly what I have been looking for, they are built well and unlike others I have owned they have real glass mirror lenses. I found these after ordering several pairs from other sellers and was disappointed to get plastic lenses, but the third time was the charm, this time I have found a awesome pair of shades. They look and feel like 70s classic aviators and have metal chromed frames that feel smooth and solid and silver mirror lenses that you can see out of but nobody can see your eyes. They come with a nice mat-black case and a useful cleaning cloth. These sunglasses are easy to clean and I am very happy with my purchase!

When these arrived in the mail, I immediately noticed how large they were. The thin frames and thick lenses were also among my initial observations. When I had positioned myself in front of a mirror, I lifted them to my face and placed them on the bridge of my nose and had to stifle a laugh. They looked enormous on my face. I looked like a bug with reflective eyes. I remembered how the product model looked in these glasses on the Amazon picture and was let down. Unsure if the problem was that my face was too thin for them, or that they were made for a larger face, I had my boyfriend try them on. His face was also quite overwhelmed by the lenses. Maybe if they had been shaped differently or had a size reduction (or both!) I would have given this product another two stars. To its credit I must admit the frames are more resilient than they appear.

I just purchased these a few days ago, and they arrived incredibly fast. I confirmed my order in the early evening, and had the package at my door a day and a half later. To be honest, I'm not much of a sunglasses guy. I'm in my early 20's, and can count the number of sunglasses I've owned in my life on one hand, and still have a couple piggies to spare. I have, however, always liked the aviator style, and the mirrored lens look awesome, so I set out to buy a pair for myself.

These sunglasses look really cool and feel great. The lens have no distortion and are dark, but not dark enough to prevent me from using them while driving. I also thought they would be a lot heavier than they really are, considering they're real glass lens, but they're actually quite comfortable. They sit secure on my nose, but they do leave a small indentation from the nose piece after wearing them for a while. The frame feels very sturdy, including the nose piece, which was a concern I had after reading hundreds of reviews on cheap $2-$5 aviators, and how they would easily fall off. I have no worries about these aviators breaking due to cheap construction.

There were only a couple down-sides to the pair of aviators I received. First off, there were a couple small scratches on the mirrored lens (I may post pictures later). I can deal with them since they aren't big enough to make a fuss over, and demand a return. I'm not sure if they were packaged scratched, or got scratched during shipping, which leads to the second down-side. The glasses were shipped in basically a t-shaped piece of cardboard that was rolled up, with the glasses inside the case--a soft pouch that had a harder plastic on the inside. I would have felt like it would be more secure in a small cardboard box, in case of rough handling with the delivery services. However, judging from the other reviews, only one person had a real problem with rough handling, so perhaps the strip of cardboard and the sunglasses case is sufficient.

Overall, these sunglasses are a great product if you're looking for a good set of aviators that don't cost a bill and a half for a name brand. They're comfortable, look great, and durable. For being my first item that I've ever bought on Amazon, I would recommend this product to anyone who is tired of breaking cheap, plastic aviators, and want a pair that will last.

I recently purchased these,after looking for only a few minutes online. I thought I found "the pair" I quickly enterd my card,and waited impatiently for them to arrive in the mail. To my surprise,the only thing that was as I expected was the mirror. Its smaller than the higer priced aviators! I owned a pair of David Yurmons aviator.This compared to that is child play sunglasses. The frames are not too sturdy.Could have been made better.The glass mirror lens is the ONLY thing I adore about these glasses. For 35 dollars you might as well get a five or ten dollar pair.

These glasses are worth MAYBE around 15, but no were near 35. They broke after about a month of wearing, alog with scratches & whatnot. You're better off with a 5 dollar pair than these.

One of my favorite Christmas gifts was these great pair of mirror Aviators, they are all metal frame and really solidly made. Lenses are really good optically and seem nice and hard wearing. These replace a pair of plastic ones and are sooooo much better, they look totally Michael Jackson, I always wondered which type he wore, trust me these look the same and they are a quality item.

Just received these as a gift and I am so happy with them, nice shiny silver frames and matching lenses that you can see thru but nobody can see your eyes, similar to the ones Police and Military use and I can't see that any expensive ones could be better value than these. Nice glasses and my cousin bought a pair too!
