Swami Sivananda Radha taught classes in dream study for more than thirty years. Initiated in 1956, she was the first Western woman to become a swami. Through her very effective approach to dream interpretation Swami Radha empowers the reader to understanding their own dreams through journaling and through the power of undrestanding symbols and the hidden language of metaphor. It is an experiential work that provides excellent suggestions and insights as to how best we can incorporate our knowing through listening to the messages of our dreams. I highly recommend it to any one who is in search for a more profound meaning of our existance.
