The Reality Of Prayer,
By Michael Taylor "Michael Taylor" (Indian Trail NC) - See all my reviews (VINE VOICE) (TOP 500 REVIEWER) (REAL NAME)
This review is from: The Reality of Prayer (Paperback)
"The Reality Of Prayer" by E.M. Bounds focuses on how prayer is God's plan to use His great abundance to supply man's need.Among the points covered include: 1. Prayer is the avenue through which God meets man's needs. 2. There are times when God has to take us aside to be alone with Him so that He can speak and deal with us. 3. God is glorified and Jesus Christ honored by large asking - do not be afraid to come to God boldly! 4. Prayer must be a holy exercise often done in private. 5. God answers pray - the child's duty is to ask and to press and the Father is obliged to answer. 6. The world hates the disciple as it hated Jesus Christ. 7. Be careful of how the world seduces, bedazzles, and deludes people. 8. The gospel can only be executed by the Holy Spirit. A great and encouraging challenge to enter the private prayer closet more often to experience God and His power! Highly recommended.

By Dottie Miley "Dottie" (Pennyslvania) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Reality of Prayer (Authentic Original Classic) (Paperback)
Good book about how prayer is the greatest weapon to the throne of God. It is God's will for us to pray and to pray often. It is communion with God. Prayer can get anything which God has. Recommend to all that want to know how important prayer is in our lives.
