Excellent book!
Ignore the previous (one star) review. This book is an engaging and informative analysis of reality television in contemporary culture. It is accessible, well-written and very insightful--I highly recommend it for undergraduate and graduate courses! Stephen Tropiano

pointless .
Reality TV has been around just as long as we have been filming. this book acts as if it explains some great new thing. I feel that a lot of this book came from varies Wikipedia pages.
