If you are interested in the Alice Bailey teachings, but have been overwhelmed by the sheer volume of material or had trouble understanding the concepts presented, Mr. Creme's book provides a very readable introduction to and overview of the Ageless Wisdom teachings. The question-and-answer format covers such topics as the soul and reincarnation; upcoming changes to existing political, educational and religious institutions; the role of the forces of evil; the law of love. I recommend it highly as a good foundation text.

Anyone interested in the most profound story of all time (the story of Maitreya's emergence into the modern world) would be wise to read this book first. Mr. Creme explains how he was recruited & trained for his work and more importantly perhaps, he takes the mystery out of what many consider to be the greatest mysteries of all time: man's evolution, "God", UFOs/space brothers, the purpose of life, etc. with easy to understand/perfectly sensible explanations. Reading this has helped me to grasp 'the one reality'. One could accurately call it a summary of Alice Bailey's books - The Reappearance of the Christ & The externalization of the Hierarchy, with updated information which was not available when AB was physically present. I suggest that you read this book first. When I first got it, I couldn't put it down, and it only took a few hours to finish. It gives some very interesting background information on Creme & what he was doing before he was approached and asked to help prepare the way for the World Teacher. It includes details about his training for this work by one of the adepts (Masters of Wisdom). The book has many more fascinating topics, including information about how we evolve, the road ahead, and the esoteric Hierarchy which is as many know, led by Maitreya and the Masters of Wisdom. Soon, almost everyone will know and love Maitreya and these adepts, who will join Maitreya on the world stage. If you want to gain an understanding of what is happening behind the scenes now, and to understand the most profound world event of all time, expected to take place very soon, read it. You will never regret it.

Absolutely fascinating question-and-answer-format reading. The author addresses questions that undoubtedly have been asked since man started wondering who he was. It strikes a strong chord of common sense and provides information that is invaluable. Mr.Creme makes his points so clearly and matter-of-factly that this reader was quickly immersed in the revealing nature of the dialogue.

The table of contents alone whets one's appetite: The Turin Shroud, The Reappearance of Christ, Maitreya, Can You Define God?, Soul Purpose, Goal of Evolution, The Anti-Christ, Vegetarianism, Meditation, Love, Self-Forgiveness, and much more. Most of all, it offers a vision of great Hope -- for each of us individually and for the world as a whole. Creme also explains the ways in which we are responsible for creating the life and the world we want. This is must-reading for those seeking solid ideas about why each of us is here and what to do about it. Thought-provoking and maybe even soul-stirring material.And at this price, it's a bargain. Don't miss it.

This book and a series of books written by B.Creme are very important to read by one who is concerned about the world affairs and is on a spiritual path, no matter what religion or no religion. These books cover all aspects of life: potilical, social, ciltural and spiritual, give you a wide spectrum of information on all of these areas. Very true and imposrtant books to have.

Truthful information about many topics is covered in this book, as The Christ, masters soul, reincarnation, anti-christ, and politics and more. It offers a variety of informational facts about the usual questions people have. It is positive and powerful to read.

What's interesting about this book to me is how Mr. Creme expounds upon similar themes from the books of great writers and disciples like Alice A. Bailey and Helena P. Blavatsky. Yet he brings it up to date, applying ancient esoteric understandings to modern day problems and (not too distant) future events.

Once again, like many of Creme's books, this is information I am quite sure you cannot find anywhere else in this day and age. Look at the trends and accuracy of his writings. Notice when this was written and what is happening right now around the world. Test it against your own knowledge of current events and see if it rings true for you...I can assure you it won't be a waste of your time or money.

Offers a rare glimpse of the underlying preparation for an experience that has long been anticipated by people in all walks of life. The author, Benjamin Creme, tells of his own preparation since the 1950s to act as a bridge between humanity and the "Spiritual Hierarchy" which guides our evolution. His constant contact with a Master of Wisdom has kept him informed of the unfolding of this great spiritual event, from the Christ's decision to return in 1945 until His actual re-entry into our lives in 1977. This is the first phase of a great planetary transition which will see many such great souls working among us and leading the way into the coming Aquarian Age. Here we read Maitreya's first teachings. "Share with Me, My friends, in a great work--nothing less than the transformation of this world....My teaching is simple: Justice, Sharing and Love are Divine Aspects. To manifest his divinity man must embrace these three." He says that, "there is but little need for the...hunger, disease and anguish which beset mankind...through the process of sharing and just redistribution the needs of all can be met." Through Creme's eyes, we also have a glimpse into the plan of the Hierarchy for our future civilization--the forms of education, religion and government which will emerge, and the powers of healing and telepathy we can hope to develop. We read answers to such basic discussions as the meaning of God, the purpose of our evolutionary journey, and the constitution of the spiritual evolution which underlies our physical world. The events and discussions in this book offer direction for a world that many think has lost its way. They give a promise and a hope--that we are destined for a future of beauty, sharing, and peace.

...As a concerned human being, I like to believe that salvation is near. To that end I am searching for the true kingdom, which is how I stumbled on Mr. Creme's writings. This book failed to convince me of the legitimacy of Creme's teachings. The writing was mediocre at best.

However, I decided to give Mr. Creme another chance and I attended his talk in San Francisco on July 29, 2001. Again he failed to convince me, repeating the same ...that is contained in his books and on his website. The talk like his book was done as a matter-of-factly with little attempt at convincing the non-believers.

The session also included "channeling of energy" by the Masters to the audience through Mr. Creme. This consisted of Mr. Creme staring at the audience during a long period of silence. We were told that he would not be blinking, but it was hard to tell as the lights were dimmed. I found this to be pure showmanship, and not becoming of the true Kingdom. Non-conclusive.

Benjamin Creme's books are an ongoing dialogue about how the universe is really working and our place in it. Highly recommended for those whose hearts and minds are open to the new energies and the new time. Maitreya, the World Teacher, is here to guide and assist humanity into the new time. Simply the best. A must read.
