Rebecca Clarke's compositions have never been given the attention they deserve but this CD's performances will encourage talented violists throughout the world to seek out her work for performance. What a delightful, refreshing collection and richly performed music for any music lover. Philip Dukes is masterful with smooth delivery and produces a warm and sensuous sound.
