Even though I've owned the CD for quite some time now, the DVD still felt like a totally new experience for me. It's as if I had not heard the CD before. The DVD just let's you experience the anointing that was present during the recording. Also, unlike the Commissioned Reunion DVD this DVD had behind the scenes looks. Even letting us know that Shirley Caesar is a Lakers' fan. Of course the songs were great and I was able to witness the unique atmosphere of this project. Not to mention that Kirk Franklin is a complete cut-up. He ran around the stage and jumped up and down all night. The singers were awesome, the band played magnificently, and it's always nice when you get a chance to capture the emotion behind the singing. It just makes you get into it. This is a great buy. If you have the CD and you love the CD, the DVD just puts it over the top! Peace and Blessings

If that is not enough here is some more. This is his best CD yet, and he is truly anointed by G-d to praise & worship. Let me tell you the best song is Hosanna, and I mean the best anointed praise I have ever heard and I am into praise and worship music. He is truly gifted. There is also a song called 911 with Bishop Jakes, please buy this CD. You will not find another CD like this and all his CD's are anointed.

Let me tell you always when G-d has someone he wishes to use as a vessel of honour- they want to stop you. Be encouraged my brothers and sisters in Christ. You are not alone. And Kriks Franklin's CD will tell you so- buy this so you can have your own re-discovery-rejoice-and rebirth.

I am not a great fan of all kirk's music, but this DVD was uplifting. The songs are powerful and spirtually uplifting with a profound message that expresses the christian's experience. I loooooved the Dvd, it rejuvenated my soul.
You have just got to listen to it on surround sound. The overall quality excellent. I wished I was actually there.
The extras to this Dvd was great, the behind scenes and music video awesome. This is my first gospel dvd. The last gospel video I owned I gave away, but this is definetly for keeps.

I have always enjoyed Kirk Franklin. The rebirth CD was the best one of all. I played the CD while driving on Easter Sunday over and over again. This is absolutely the best purchase ever. When I saw the DVD I was so happy and was also glad I made that purchase. My son enjoys his music and walks around the house singing various songs. We do a dinner and movie night twice a week and for the last few weeks we have the DVD playing. I am going out tonight to have dinner and a movie with a friend and due to my leaving the CD at their home they now want to see the DVD. You could never make a better purchase. Keep doing what you do best Kirk reach out to our preteen and teenagers. You are truly an inspiration.

Looking for quality, it's here, I'm really proud of gospel music getting the quality it deserves. You have to listen on a surround sound system with dolby encoding. It's like you are right there in Houston. The power of God comes thorough every song and note in this presentation. I have the audio CD and this just makes the DVD an added gift

I love this DVD!It is really different from The Nu Nation Tour.It was recorded at Lakewood Church with Pastor Joel Osteen in Houston,TX.I really loved it!I just couldn't stop watching it neither did my mom.It was great!

I attended this concert in Lakewood Church, and recieved an awesome blessing. I bought the CD whereby PapaSan (portion), and Bishop Jakes cuts were added and thourghly enjoy it. I play the CD, at work, home, in the car, and at my neighbors, friends, and family's homes. Then when I found out there was a DVD, I went to Amazon.com to purchase it and now I spend almost every Saturday morning, cleaning to Hosanna, and He Reigns. I love the praise dancing granny.

If you have not added this one to your repetoire yet you should. This is a well written, well performed, totally awesome project. I enjoyed every single cut.

Once again, Kirk Franklin is the epitome of what a praise & worship leader should be. One part mc, dj, director, and psalmist, Kirk wrote every song and produced the all-out flawless precision of the musical concept of this powerful album. Backed with a supercharged band, orchestra, 30-something member choral ensemble, dance team, and dj in the mix, every song's portrayal and message helped move the audience. The best songs on the album are the jumpy "Hosanna," "He Reigns (the medley)," and the beautifully arranged ballad, "Don't Cry," with a wonderfully executed piano accompaniment by Richard Smallwood. The entire album as a whole has wonderful structure and balanced substance. The sound quality was extraordinary and the venue was a perfect place to proclaim his "Rebirth." In Texas, at the lively Lakewood Church in Houston, only 50 miles away from Fort Worth, his hometown. Nice concept.

Kirk Franklin has out done himself this time since going back to his roots on this DVD. I must say that the vocals on each song will help to bring the presence of God into your heart and mind. My favorites are "Caught Up," "The Blood Song," "Brighter Day," "Lookin' Out For me," "He Reigns," and "Don't Cry."
