I purchase videos to see techniques done. This talks alot but never shows technique and doesn't describe how to do it. It's an hour on what rebirthing can do for you not on how it's done.Short version - breath for at least an hour to clear out emotional blocks. They manage to painfully drag that out into an hour, so you lose your money and your time. |
