A person would expect more from a book about changing colleges. This is essentially one trite and tired charge after another to the effect that we need change now. There is no sustained analysis of problems with higher education or evidence to support the claims that are made. Fortunately I only paid the discounted Kindle price.

Some of the articles are good and have new ideas, but I was hoping for more from Salmon Kahn's article.
