SAVE A TREE!!!,
By
This review is from: Rebreakable Board for Martial Arts Training - Yellow (Misc.)
I expected that yellow board would be easy to break, so my 6 year old son would train his kiks and the board would be indicator that he hit the right spot and hit it strong enough. The board is not easy to break. It is OK for adult probably. Connecting the parts back requires adult. Child cannot do it. Nevertheless the idea itself is very good. It saves many trees. I would recommend this board maybe for those who is over 12-13 years old.

These are excellent boards for practicing board breaking. I bought these for my 8-year old son and my 10-year old daughter. Both can break these without any problem. I do notice the yellow board becomes weaker after about a month of uses.
I bought a blue board as an upgrade. There is almost no different between blue and yellow. My 8-year son now can break both yellow and blue boards stacked together. 4-star for the yellow board getting weak too quick.

I bought the yellow rebreakable Karate Board for my son who is a yellow belt. It was a little hard to reassemble the first few times, but then we had no trouble putting it back together. He takes it everywhere so he can show off his skill. We recommend it!

This breaking board was easy to use and easy to put back together. We received it about 10 days ago, so I'm unsure how long this will last, but my granddaughter is happy!

My grandson takes Karate and enjoys using these boards to improve his skills. He enjoys breaking the boards, and uses the different levels as his skills improve.

It works as advertised except it is not that easy to break. I bought it for my 6 years old son and he cannot break it. He can break wooden board for kids easily, but not this one.

The product was exactly what I was looking for my 6 yr old to train on. Arrived early and was exactly what the company said it was. The board is much harder to break than the typical tae kwon do boards provided in the do jang. My 6 yr old has a hard time breaking it with his hands/fists BUT no problem with breaking it with his feet. In fact, by practicing on this board with his kicks when it came time to break the tae kwon do boards, it was very easy for him! Satisfied with this product!

I bought this for my 5-year-old son to practice his board breaks for TKD. He just started TKD a little over a month ago and they are going to have their belt test in a month or so and thought it would be good practice for him to get the feel of it. At first he could not break it...but after an adult broke it the first time it was a little easier to break. He absolutely loved this item and he did it relentlessly as long as somebody was willing to hold the board for him! It is a little confusing to put back together the first time but after you realize that it SLIDES together, you're good to go lol. Today the plastic piece that slides together broke and he's upset about it and wants me to buy him a new one. I think that he definitely got my money's worth out of it (considering he has been breaking it approximately 20-30 times a day for the past 2 weeks)..and today was the first day that I had noticed it slightly bowing and being much easier to break (before it literally broke). I think I may try the next colored board though and see if maybe that will hold a little better. Definitely recommend this for beginners though! It's a great confidence booster if nothing else.
