this "book" was nothing more than a glorified pamphlet. and it took the merchant forever to get it to me, because it took them almost a week to put it in the mail. based on my experience and my tastes, i would strongly advise amazon shoppers to steer clear of the book, unless they want to pay top dollar for a pamphlet, and the merchant.
