I was so moved and so appreciative of Ms. Hay's tape that I thought I'd check out customer reviews. There were none and this is really a shame and surprise. Poor marketing, I suppose. And I see this tape can now be purchased for $7.00! I have a shelf full of positive thinking tapes. This one is so good I've sent it to my friends and family. The only negative is that a lot of the tape is devoted to personal testimonials, but they're o.k. and you'll definitely see yourself in at least one of them. Great. A shame it's so poorly marketed. The Best.

This is a good affirmation tape but it does not specify anywhere that part of it was a tape of a live lecture that the author did, so you hear participants questions. The way Louise handles the questions is of value however, so it is not a bad tape, just not a straight 'affirmation' tape, like some of her others.

Heard the CD program, RECEIVING PROSPERITY--written and

read by Louise Hay . . . its subtitle says it all: HOW TO ATTRACT

WEALTH, SUCCESS AND LOVE INTO YOUR LIFE.

Hay, long one of my favorite authors and speakers, says you can

have it all; i.e. provided you use the power of your mind to attract

what you want . . . the key is to put a halt to self-criticism, a

task often easier said than done.

What I really liked about this particular program is that is was

taped live at an actual seminar Hay was presenting . . . my only

regret was that I wasn't in attendance.

There were many useful ideas I gained from listening; among

them:

Say an affirmation: I am open and receptive to all good.

Ask yourself, Do you feel you have an abundance of joy? Or is that

just something you allow yourself a little of now and then.

What we concentrate on increases. Don't concentrate on debt and

bills and negativity.

Don't give money away because you feel guilty.

Clean out your closets so you have room for new things in your life.

Say this affirmation: My income is constantly growing.

If a negative thought comes into your mind, say thank you for

sharing it.

Learn to receive. You don't always have to exchange.

If somebody gives you a compliment, smile and say thank you.

(looking at a mirror) Ask: What can I do to make you happy?

Practice gratitude.
