I was excited when I received this. The toy is what I thought it would be, but I was unsure how hard I would find it. I'd say I'm fairly good at solving puzzles because I have a good amount of experience, it is not *that* hard. As I'm typing this, I have solved 2 of the 5 images. The first attempt was definitely the most interesting, because I needed to understand how to go about solving it. After figuring this out, the second image was just a utilization of the same mechanic.

To rate this in terms of value, I would say that 80% of it is figuring out how to solve it the first time. About 15% of the value is owning the cool looking toy. 5% comes from solving it again. The replayability on it is not very high, but I guess you could try to solve it faster and time yourself, but I don't find that nearly as appealing.

It's a very nice looking piece and is pretty interesting in concept.
Here's a suggestion: do not look at what the finished images look like. It will increase the difficulty and incorporate some doubt in the solving process. Otherwise, the 5 images don't offer any kind of new difficulty from one another.

It is still a pretty interesting toy, I think watching my friends try to solve it would give it back some value.
If you want to own this thing as a concept, it is a very nice piece.
Cheers!

Who thinks of this stuff? Very cool combination of Escher art and mirrors. I love that there are 5 different puzzles. Fun desk or coffee table game.

Got it as a gift for my Dad. I have not personally used it. The only complaint that I have about this product is that it is too small. The 6 sided cubes that they made back in the day were larger. I would have liked the Escher Mirror Puzzle to be just slightly larger and I would have then given it a 5.

If you're a smart math guy (or nerd) as I am, this piece of work is not that fun. I made the first one within a few minutes. When I tried the second one, I got all tricks I need to solve the puzzle, and it's no longer fun. I finished all puzzles soon, and then put it aside.

I bought this as a gift for my dad. He loves this kind of thing and it is the first time that he had to take a break! I told him once he gets if figured out I'll buy him another one and he said not to worry. Well a year later he still hasn't got it all figured out. Perfect gift for a know it all guy!
